Operate tandem axle day cab trucks with 53' dry van trailers on local routes within a 10-mile radius, moving trailers between facilities. Manage 40-hour weeks with guaranteed nightly home time, starting shifts at 3:00 PM, with occasional Saturday or Sunday shifts. Utilize no-touch and drop-and-hook freight opportunities exclusively, leveraging onboard navigation and collision mitigation systems. Requires a Class A CDL and 12 months of recent verifiable OTR or local driving experience.
