Job Summary
Team Van Truckload truck driver responsible for hauling dry van freight with 100% no-touch loads across the 48 states. Home time every three weeks. Driver will operate in a Schwarz Schneider fleet with team driving dynamics, earning mileage pay up to $0.62/mi plus hourly pay on duty, weekly performance pay, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months. Benefits include paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus holiday pay, annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay, and comprehensive benefits. Eligible to take pets on the road under the Team Pet Policy and to utilize company-paid CDL training options; E-Verify compliance is required. Schedule is full-time in San Diego, CA.
