Job Summary
Schneider Team driving role accepting all CDL holders. Drive dry van trailers with 100% no-touch freight across the 48 states as part of a team. Home time: every other week. Weekly pay potential: mileage pay up to $0.62/mi plus hourly pay while on duty, and performance bonuses. Includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months and holiday pay, and annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross pay. Company supports military benefits, 401(k) with match, and comprehensive driver benefits. Equipment is team-spec’d with newer trucks; E-Verify is used for employment eligibility. Must have valid CDL-A and be willing to work in a team driving environment across the US.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Experience: All CDL holders
- Team driving experience preferred (implied by job title)
- Ability to drive dry van trailers with 100% no-touch freight
- Ability to drive across all 48 contiguous states
- Participation in team pay / mileage pay structure
- Participation in sign-on bonus program
- Paid orientation and benefits enrollment
- Military experience credits considered
