Job Summary
Operate as a CDL-A team truck driver hauling dry van trailers with 100% no-touch freight across 48 states. Drive within the continental U.S. with a formed team, following Schneider’s team-driving program. Enjoy weekly pay, mileage pay (up to 0.75 per mile) plus hourly pay while on duty, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus holiday time, a yearly bonus up to 2% of gross pay, and comprehensive benefits. Training options available through company-sponsored CDL programs and support from driver mentors and HR.
