Job Summary
Drive dry van trailers across all 48 states as part of Schneider Team Van Truckload, 100% no-touch freight. Home time every other week. CDL-A required to operate; team driving with companion. Mileage pay up to $0.75 per mile plus hourly pay on duty, weekly paychecks, and weekly performance pay. $3,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers and $1,000 for inexperienced drivers, paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, military benefits, and more. Paid orientation and PTO after 6 months plus holiday pay; annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay. E-Verify participation and ADA accommodations available.
