Job Summary
Team CDL-A truck driver for Schneider Team Van Truckload program. Dry van with 100% no-touch freight, driving across 48 states. Must be a formed team, hold a valid Class A CDL, and live within 100 miles of French Camp, CA. Home time every other week with weekly pay, mileage pay up to $0.62/mi plus hourly pay while on duty, and performance bonuses. $4,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year. Paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus holiday pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match. Additional military benefits and tuition reimbursement available. Equipment is new and driver comfort-focused with drop-and-hook operations. This role emphasizes team collaboration and long-haul driving across the continental United States, with a strong emphasis on pay potential and retention bonuses.
