Job Summary
CDL-A Team Van Truckload truck driver for Schneider. Dry van trailers with 100% no-touch freight. Drive within all 48 states. Home time every three weeks. Team driving. Pay structure includes mileage pay up to $0.75 per mile, plus hourly pay while on duty. Weekly paychecks and weekly performance pay. $4,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers and $1,000 for inexperienced drivers, paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year. Paid orientation and PTO after 6 months plus 6 holidays per year. Annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross pay. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, 401(k) with company match, unlimited referral bonuses, and tuition reimbursement up to $7,000. Equal opportunity employer and E-Verify participant.
