Compensation includes mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses ($7,500 experienced; $5,000 inexperienced) paid over 12 months, plus paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, 6 holidays per year, annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay, and benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement).
