Job Summary
CDL-A regional truckDriver position with a new pay increase. Regional Van Truckload operations covering the Eastern 37 states with 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight. Home time every other week. Mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty, plus weekly performance pay. Sign-on bonuses of $7,500 (experienced) or $5,000 (inexperienced) paid over 12 months, along with paid orientation, paid time off after 6 months, 6 holiday days per year, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision and 401(k) with company match. Company-paid CDL training options and various military benefits are also offered. The role emphasizes predictable freight, advance dispatching for planning, and a team environment at Schneider with a focus on driver comfort and equality of opportunity. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (if interested in company-paid CDL training).
