Job Summary
Regional CDL-A driver role with Schneider: drive a van truckload fleet in the Eastern 37 states with 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight. Dispatch is in advance for planning; home time every other week. Pay includes mileage and on-duty hourly pay, with weekly pay and performance incentives. Sign-on bonuses up to $7,500 (experienced) or $5,000 (inexperienced) paid over 12 months, plus tuition reimbursement up to $7,000, comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match), and other military benefits. Orientation paid; PTO and holiday pay annually. Driver-focused program with equipment and technology designed for comfort and a diverse, inclusive culture.
