Job Summary
CDL-A OTR Van Truckload driver role with Schneider featuring a new pay increase. Earn $1,000–$1,100 weekly with 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight across the Eastern 37 states. Home time every other week, consistent dispatch planning, and paid orientation. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and sign-on bonuses up to $7,500 (experienced) or $5,000 (inexperienced), plus mileage incentive and annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay. Must hold CDL-A (hazmat preferred); company-paid CDL training options available. US-based work with full-time schedule; office is not remote. 7,500 sign-on for experienced drivers paid over 12 months; orientation and PTO after 6 months plus holiday pay; E-Verify in use.
