Job Summary
OTR Van Truckload driver for Schneider (Schneider Regional driving). Average weekly pay ranges from $1,000 to $1,100 with home time every other week. 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight, driving within the Eastern 37 states. Includes paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus holiday pay, annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross, and sign-on bonuses ($7,500 for experienced, $5,000 for inexperienced) paid over 12 monthly installments. Company-paid CDL training options and comprehensive benefits are available; drivers can earn mileage and on-duty hourly pay, plus weekly performance pay and potential mileage incentive. Requires CDL-A and may benefit from HazMat endorsement; opportunities for company-paid CDL training and military benefits are highlighted.
