Job Summary
Operate tractor-trailer equipment in accordance with all DOT and OSHA regulations to transport trailers to destinations; ensure timely arrivals, secure cargo, and maintain documents; perform full pre-trip and post-trip inspections; communicate issues to management; deliver white glove service; spend 46-47 weeks per year on the road with routes across all 48 states and parts of Canada; work with medical equipment demonstrations and provide exceptional customer service; participate in safety and bonus programs; extensive benefits package including insurance, retirement, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A required
- Minimum 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience within the past 7 years
- Ability to operate a manual transmission
- Clean driving record
- Must pass background check, DOT drug screen, and DOT physical
- Must be registered in the National Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse with a clear record
- Prior delivery experience: White glove delivery service strongly preferred but is NOT required
- Strong customer service and communications skills
- Mechanically inclined; able to set up medical equipment for demonstration and move equipment as needed
- Perform other reasonable requests as directed by management
