Job Summary
Operate tractor/trailer to transport medical equipment per DOT/OSHA regs; ensure timely arrivals and secure trailer contents; maintain daily logs and perform pre-/post-trip inspections; provide white glove service; 46–47 weeks on road with routes across all 48 states and parts of Canada; duties include ordering consumables and setting up equipment for demonstrations; comprehensive benefits and weekend-home opportunities; compensation at $31.75/hour with safety bonuses and weekly pay; located in Lawton, Michigan; travel and remote-work not indicated—on-road role.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A required
- Minimum 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience within the past 7 years
- Ability to operate a manual transmission
- Clean driving record
- Pass background check, DOT drug screen, and DOT physical
- Must be registered in the National Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse with a clear record
- Prior delivery experience: White glove delivery service strongly preferred but is NOT required
- Strong, excellent customer service and communications skills
- Must be mechanically inclined and able to set up medical equipment for demonstration
- Able to push, pull, and remove equipment from racks and position equipment in designated areas
- Perform other reasonable requests as directed by management
