Job Summary
Operate tractor-trailer to transport and set up medical equipment for demonstrations, performing full pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintaining logs. Deliver white-glove service across routes that may include all 48 states and parts of Canada; ensure timely arrivals and secure cargo; communicate issues to management; stay with the trailer during sessions to aid and maintain equipment; responsibilities include ordering items (hand soap, sanitizer, gloves) as needed; emphasize DOT/OSHA compliance, safety bonuses, and weekend-home opportunities. Requires CDL-A, minimum 2 years driving in the past 7 years, manual transmission proficiency, clean driving record, ability to pass DOT requirements, and strong customer-service skills.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A required
- Minimum 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience within the past 7 years
- Ability to operate a manual transmission
- Clean driving record
- Pass background check, DOT drug screen, and DOT physical
- Must be registered in the National Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse with a clear record
- Prior delivery experience: White glove delivery service strongly preferred but is NOT required
- Stable employment history is a plus
- Strong, excellent customer service and communications skills
- Mechanically inclined: capable of setting up medical equipment for demonstration and repositioning equipment
