Job Summary
Operate tractor-trailer to transport and demonstrate medical equipment across venues, performing pre-trip/post-trip inspections, maintaining logs, and delivering white-glove service. Route coverage includes all 48 states and parts of Canada; ensure DOT/OSHA compliance, secure cargo, and communicate issues to management. Role requires manual transmission operation, strong customer service, and mechanical aptitude to set up equipment at destinations.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A required
- Minimum 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience within the past 7 years
- Ability to operate a manual transmission
- Clean driving record
- Pass background check, DOT drug screen, and DOT physical
- Must be registered in the National Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse with a clear record
- Prior delivery experience: White glove delivery service strongly preferred but is NOT required
- Strong, excellent customer service and communications skills
- Mechanically inclined with ability to set up medical equipment for demonstration and move equipment as needed
- Perform other reasonable requests as directed by management
- Employment verifications will be completed to verify driver has adequate experience and to verify driving history with former employers
- Operates tractor/trailer in accordance with all DOT and OSHA regulations
- Maintains driver daily logs and trip reports
- Performs full pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Communicates issues immediately
- Arrives on time and sets trailer up for sessions
- Deliver White Glove Service
- Routes may include all 48 states and parts of Canada
