Job Summary
Drive well-maintained 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths across consistent regional lanes throughout the Midwest, averaging 2,100 to 2,300 miles per week with scheduled weekly home resets. Operate 100% no-touch freight featuring 50–60% drop & hook and 40–50% live unloads, utilizing 300-mile average hauls supported by full 24/7 dispatch and operations assistance. Earn between $1,200 and $1,400 weekly gross plus $0.57 to $0.64 CPM mileage pay, a $4,000 sign-on bonus, and production incentives for safety and mileage performance. Full medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid PTO are available after 30 days. Valid Class A CDL with four months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience and a clean MVR required.
