Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight including general commodities and hazmat or temperature-sensitive cargo. Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, secure cargo, maintain DOT/FMCSA logs and paperwork, verify bills of lading, plan routes to meet pickup/delivery windows, and perform basic vehicle maintenance. Must hold a valid Class A CDL; HazMat endorsement preferred but not required; HS diploma or GED required; DOT/FMCSA physicals must be met. Strong safety, time management, and communication skills; team-oriented attitude; local routes with home daily time, and competitive weekly pay structure (starting at $1,300–$1,600 per week).
