Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight including general commodities and hazmat or temperature-sensitive cargo on local routes with home daily schedule. Responsibilities include performing pre-trip/post-trip inspections, loading/ unloading and securing cargo, maintaining DOT/FMCSA documentation and logs, planning routes to meet pickup/delivery windows, and basic vehicle maintenance. Must have a valid Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement preferred, be safety-conscious, reliable, and a strong communicator in interactions with customers and dispatch; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid vacation, and extensive paid holidays; equipment includes equipped trucks with comfort features.
