Job Summary
Drive local Wisconsin routes hauling dry van freight in a solo position with an average of 6.5 stops per load and approximately 6 loads weekly. Operate automatic tractors including Freightliner, Kenworth, and Peterbilt models equipped with APU, double bunks, and navigation systems. Perform store deliveries earning $20 per stop and assist with unloads using electric pallet jacks when staff is unavailable. Complete orientation in Indianapolis, IN for tractor assignment. Drive day and night with start times between 10:00 AM and 3:30 PM. Install the required transit app on your smartphone.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 12 months of OTR experience within the last 3 years
- Must be able to drive at night
- No DOT recordable accidents within the last 2 years
- No more than 3 jobs in the last year
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last 6 months and no more than 1 in the last 3 years
- Must have recent tractor trailer driving experience
- Must install required transit app on smartphone
