Job Summary
Delivers containers to sites safely and timely under Driver Supervisor supervision. Retrieves cargo from various services, ensuring air containers, pallets, loads, and equipment are transported securely. Completes vehicle reports, receiving documents, trip sheets, and submits receipts for all cargo and COD accounts. Maintains vehicle cleanliness and reports accidents immediately. Logs break and lunch times while following routes on trip sheets. Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and wagons. Requires CDL A license, forklift proficiency, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public and understand traffic signs.
Required Qualifications
- CDL A license
- Forklift proficiency and certification
- Maintains licensure and PUC certificates
- Ability to drive Type 3 and CDL A & B vehicles
- Ability to work in cool temperatures
- Ability to work well with others
- Displays good attitude and judgment
- Ability to do basic mathematical functions, such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing
- Ability to operate forklift, pallet jacks, hand trucks and wagons
- Require frequent lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Able to demonstrate regular and reliable attendance
- Able to work overtime as required
- Commercial Vehicle Drivers must have the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records

- Produce industry experience
