Job Summary
Sysco seeks dependable CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers to safely and efficiently operate tractor-trailers, manually unload, and deliver various products on assigned routes. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, handling touch freight with lifting requirements, and ensuring a positive delivery experience. Qualifications include a valid CDL, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift heavy products. Candidates must be 21 years or older and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Relocation assistance is available under certain restrictions.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently
- Ability to lift, push or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds
- Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year customer delivery experience preferred
- 6 months hand cart/hand truck experience preferred
- 6 months Food and Beverage experience preferred
- 2 years consistent work history preferred
