CDL A Local and Regional Pneumatic Tank Drivers

Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport powdered cement and specialized cargo on local routes, performing pre- and post-trip inspections and managing HOS logs. Load, secure, and inspect cargo while following hazmat and temperature-sensitive handling procedures, then verify bills of lading and collect signatures. Plan routes to meet pickup and delivery windows, perform basic vehicle maintenance, and assist with unloading. Maintain accurate DOT/FMCSA documentation and ensure all paperwork is complete. Starting compensation is 25% of line haul, increasing to 28% after 90 days, with additional pay for detention, short haul, and breakdowns.
