CDL A Local and Regional Pneumatic Tank Drivers

Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport powdered cement and specialized cargo on local routes, performing pre- and post-trip inspections and reporting defects or violations. Load, secure, and inspect cargo while following hazmat and temperature-sensitive handling procedures, then maintain accurate HOS logs and DOT/FMCSA documentation. Verify bills of lading, collect signatures, and plan routes to meet pickup and delivery windows. Perform basic vehicle maintenance including fluids and minor repairs, keep trailers clean, and assist with unloading. Start with 25% line-haul pay, increasing to 28% after 90 days, with additional compensation for detention, breakdowns, and extra drop hooks. Receive daily or weekend home time, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), and paid vacation upon tenure milestones.
