Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport powdered cement and specialized cargo on local routes, performing pre- and post-trip inspections and reporting defects. Load, secure, and inspect cargo while following hazmat procedures, and maintain accurate HOS logs and DOT documentation. Verify bills of lading, collect signatures, and plan routes to meet delivery windows. Perform basic vehicle maintenance and assist with unloading. Earn weekly pay ranging from $1,300 to $1,600 with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must pass and maintain all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
