CDL A Local and Regional Pneumatic Tank Drivers

Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport powdered cement and specialized cargo on local routes with daily home time. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, load and secure cargo following hazmat procedures, and maintain accurate HOS logs and DOT documentation. Plan routes to meet pickup and delivery windows while assisting with unloading and performing basic vehicle maintenance. Verify bills of lading, collect signatures, and ensure all paperwork is complete. This role offers starting compensation of 25% of line haul, increasing to 28% after 90 days, plus additional pay for detention, short haul loads, and breakdowns.
