Plan routes and schedules to meet pickup and delivery windows, verify bills of lading, and perform basic vehicle maintenance including fluids and minor repairs. Start with 25% of line haul, increasing to 28% after 90 days, with additional pay for detention, short haul loads, and trailer spotting.
