CDL A Local and Regional Pneumatic Tank Drivers

Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport powdered cement and specialized cargo on local routes, performing pre- and post-trip inspections and reporting defects. Load, secure, and inspect cargo while following hazmat handling procedures, and maintain accurate HOS logs and DOT documentation. Plan routes to meet pickup and delivery windows, verify bills of lading, and assist with unloading. Perform basic vehicle maintenance including fluids and minor repairs, keeping the International LT truck and trailer clean and ready. Starting compensation is 25% of line haul, increasing to 28% after 90 days, with additional pay for detention, short haul loads, and breakdowns.
