CDL A Local and Regional Pneumatic Tank Drivers

Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport powdered cement and specialized cargo on local routes, performing pre- and post-trip inspections and reporting defects promptly. Load, secure, and inspect cargo while following hazmat and temperature-sensitive procedures, then maintain accurate HOS logs and DOT/FMCSA documentation. Plan routes to meet pickup and delivery windows, verify bills of lading, and perform basic vehicle maintenance including fluids and minor repairs. Starting compensation is $1,300–$1,600 per week, with a 90-day increase to 28% of line haul plus additional pay for detention, breakdowns, and stop fees.
