Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport powdered cement and specialized cargo on local routes, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections while loading, securing, and inspecting cargo. Maintain accurate HOS logs, verify bills of lading, and plan routes to meet pickup and delivery windows. Assist with unloading, perform basic vehicle maintenance, and ensure all DOT/FMCSA documentation is complete. Work a daily home schedule earning $1,300–$1,600 weekly with additional pay for detention, breakdowns, and trailer spotting. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must pass and maintain all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
