CDL A Local and Regional Pneumatic Tank Drivers

Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport powdered cement and specialized cargo on local routes, performing pre- and post-trip inspections and reporting defects promptly. Load, secure, and inspect cargo while following special handling procedures for hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight. Maintain accurate HOS logs, verify bills of lading, and collect signatures to ensure complete documentation. Plan routes and schedules to meet pickup and delivery windows, and perform basic vehicle maintenance including fluids and minor repairs. Keep trailers clean and ready for daily service. This role offers steady miles with an average pay of $1,300–$1,600 per week, including additional stop pay, detention pay, and holiday pay.
