Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport powdered cement and specialized cargo on local routes, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections while loading, securing, and inspecting cargo. Maintain accurate HOS logs, verify bills of lading, and plan routes to meet pickup and delivery windows. Perform basic vehicle maintenance, keep trailers clean, and assist with unloading. Earn an average of $1,300–$1,600 per week with additional pay for detention, short haul loads, and breakdowns. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must pass and maintain all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements
