CDL A Local and Regional Pneumatic Tank Drivers

Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport powdered cement and specialized cargo on local routes, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reporting defects promptly. Load, secure, and inspect cargo while following hazmat handling procedures, and maintain accurate HOS logs and DOT/FMCSA documentation. Plan routes to meet pickup and delivery windows, verify bills of lading, and perform basic vehicle maintenance including fluids and minor repairs. Ensure all paperwork is complete and collect signatures from customers. Starting compensation is 25% of line haul, increasing to 28% after 90 days, with additional pay for detention, short haul loads, and trailer spotting.
