Job Summary
Independent contractor team lease-purchase truck driver role with CRST Specialized Solutions. Drives across the lower 48 states with owner-operator-style control over home time, loads, and schedule. Requires CDL A, 6 months OTR/regional experience for solo or lead driver; co-driver 3 months OTR/regional. High-earning potential via CPM-based pay, bonuses, and fully-loaded miles; tolls paid and fuel discounts included. Driver-assist duties include loading/unloading freight. Required Qualifications
- 21 years or older
- CDL A
- 6 months OTR or regional (Cross state lines, elogs, sleeper TT) for Solo or Lead driver
- Co-driver must have 3 months OTR/Regional
