Job Summary
Independent contractor teams on a lease-purchase program to haul specialty freight coast-to-coast. Lease a truck for 2-4 years, choose home time, loads, and schedule. Earn through CPM-based pay with top earners averaging $8,000–$10,000 per week, all miles paid, and a $4k sign-on. Vehicle options include manual or automatic transmissions; driver assist with loading/unloading; benefits via third party; bonuses and discounts such as tolls paid and fuel discounts. Home time is flexible, with freight available across the lower 48 states. Driver must be CDL A with at least 6 months OTR or regional experience; co-driver required to have 3 months OTR/Regional; applicants must be 21+ and eligible under applicable laws.
Required Qualifications

- 6 months OTR or regional (Cross state lines, elogs, sleeper TT) for Solo or Lead driver
- Codriver must have 3 months OTR/Regional
- 21 years or older
