Independent contractor lease-purchase truck driver for CRST Specialized Solutions hauling specialty freight nationwide. Responsibilities include loading/unloading freight, operating manual or automatic transmissions, and driving across the lower 48 states. Driver selects home time, loads, and schedule with a 2-4 year lease; sign-on bonus of $4k; top earners can reach about $3,500 per week. Benefits include tolls and fuel discounts; all miles paid.
