Job Summary
Independent contractor Team Lease Purchase truck driver role. Haul specialty freight across the continental US under a 2- to 4-year lease with home-time flexibility. Drive either manual or automatic transmissions, perform driver assist with loading/unloading, and operate in the lower 48 states. Top quartile earners gross $8,000–$10,000 per week with ALL MILES paid; compensation includes $2.03 CPM (2025 avg) plus fuel discounts and tolls paid. Sign-on bonus of $4k. CDL A required; 6 months OTR/regional experience for solo or lead driver; co-driver must have 3 months OTR/regional experience. AR-rest/convictions considered per laws. Location: Aurora, Illinois, US. Any health insurance offered via third party. Home time is self-determined with program options to increase home time.
