Job Summary
Independent contractor lease-purchase truck driver for CRST Specialized Solutions. Solo lease-purchase position hauling specialty freight across the lower 48 states. You choose home time, loads, and schedule. Operate a 2- to 4-year low-cost lease and profit from your own hard work. Truck options include manual or automatic transmission with driver assist for loading and unloading freight. Tolls are 100% paid; fuel discount of $0.18 per gallon. Top 25% of contractors gross $3,500 per week or more, with average earnings supported by $1.68 CPM (based on 2025 averages) and all miles paid. $4k sign-on bonus for new hires. Home time varies; typically top earners stay out about 4 weeks with 3–4 days home and accept 99% of offered loads. Job requirements include 21+ years old, CDL A, and at least 6 months of over-the-road experience.
