Job Summary
Intermodal CDL-A truck driver for Schneider Intermodal. Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis with 100% no-touch freight (90% drop-and-hook) within ~300 miles of Kansas City, KS. Expect weekly home time, mileage/load pay plus hourly pay on duty, a $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months, paid orientation, benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match), and opportunities for longevity bonuses. Endorsements (Tanker/HazMat) preferred; valid CDL-A required with minimum 3 months of experience. Training and support provided; E-Verify and ADA accommodations noted. Schedule: FULLTIME.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
- Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred
- Live within 100 miles of Kansas City, KS
