Job Summary
Intermodal truck driver with CDL-A needed. Drive freight containers secured to company-owned chassis, with 100% no-touch freight and ~85% drop-and-hook. Route includes railyards across AL, FL, GA, NC, SC, TN, and VA. Compensation includes mileage pay, load pay, and hourly pay while on duty; longevity bonus of 3% of annual gross; $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months; paid orientation and PTO after 6 months plus holiday pay. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and extensive military benefits. Training and equipment focus provided, with emphasis on home time and regional/local freight base. E-Verify participation and ADA accommodations guidance are included.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Tanker endorsement strongly preferred
- HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire
- Live within 100 miles of Savannah, GA
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
