Job Summary
Intermodal CDL-A truck driver needed for hauling freight containers with company-owned chassis. 100% no-touch freight, 50% drop-and-hook. Drives in and out of railyards across IA, IL, MI, and WI. Average pay is weekly with longevity bonus (3% of annual gross per year) and paid orientation. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO after 6 months and holiday pay. Vehicle and equipment emphasis with new equipment and 24/7 dispatch support. Requires valid CDL-A with tanker endorsement and HazMat preferred; candidates must reside within ~25 miles of Chicago, IL or Elwood, IL; minimum 3 months of driving experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred
- Live within 25 miles of Chicago, IL or Elwood, IL
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
