Job Summary
Intermodal truck driver needed to haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis. Operate with 99% no-touch freight that is 85% drop-and-hook, driving in and out of railyards within 125 miles of Fairburn, GA. Responsibilities include adhering to night driving requirements, maintaining safety with tanker endorsement considerations, and utilizing company equipment for efficient delivery. Compensation includes mileage pay, load pay, and hourly pay while on duty, plus paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, 6 holiday days per year, and annual bonus up to 3% of annual gross pay. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
- Night driving required on this account
- Tanker endorsement strongly preferred
- HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire
- Live within 50 miles of Fairburn, GA
