Job Summary
Intermodal truck driver to haul containers on company-owned chassis with 99% no-touch freight and 87% drop-and-hook. Operate in and out of railyards across Northern California and Nevada with daily home time. Requires a valid CDL-A, night driving, and endorsements; tanker and HazMat endorsements are strongly preferred. Live within 40 miles of French Camp, CA. Paid orientation, paid time off after 6 months and holiday pay, annual bonus tied to gross pay, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and other driver-focused benefits. Experience requirement: minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience. Additional details: mileage pay, load pay, and hourly pay while on duty; E-Verify participation; safety and equipment emphasis; opportunities for orientation at a major hub, and extensive support from Schneider Intermodal network.
