CDL-A - Intermodal truck driver

Job Summary
Intermodal truck driver hauling freight containers secured to company-owned chassis with 99% no-touch and 90% drop-and-hook. Drive in and out of railyards within Oregon and Washington. Pay includes hourly pay ($15) plus Shipment Pay ($22–$32 per shipment). Paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus 6 holiday days, and annual bonus up to 3% of annual gross. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and military benefits. Specific training and technology support, with emphasis on driver comfort. Primary responsibilities involve freight movement with emphasis on efficiency in intermodal yards and adherence to safety and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred
- Live within 40 miles of Portland, OR
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
