Job Summary
Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis. 90% no-touch freight with 50% drop-and-hook. Operate in/out of railyards across IA, IL, IN, MI and WI. Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay when on duty. Longevity bonus of 3% of annual gross pay each year. $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. Paid orientation and PTO after 6 months plus 6 paid holidays annually. Equipment and company support designed for driver comfort; 24/7/365 operational and maintenance support; comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision) with 401(k) match; E-Verify compliance. 35 years of intermodal expertise with a large, established network. 100% company-owned chassis to minimize rail yard time. New equipment with automatic transmissions; travel and on-site accommodations available as part of onboarding. Open to applicants within specified proximity to Chicago metro area. This is a full-time CDL-A intermodal driver role with home time weekly and a comprehensive driver-centric benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Tanker endorsement strongly preferred
- HazMat endorsement strongly preferred
- Live within 100 miles of Chicago, IL, Green Bay, WI or Joliet, IL
