Job Summary
Intermodal truck driver responsibilities include hauling containers secured to company-owned chassis, 99% no-touch freight that is 87% drop-and-hook, and driving in and out of railyards within Northern California and Nevada. Pay includes mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty. Paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, holiday pay, and annual bonus (3% of annual gross) are offered. Requires a valid CDL-A with night driving; tanker and HazMat endorsements are strongly preferred. Located within 40 miles of French Camp, CA. Home time is daily.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Night driving required
- Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement strongly preferred
- Live within 40 miles of French Camp, CA
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
