Job Summary
Intermodal truck driver responsibilities include hauling containers secured to company-owned chassis with 99% no-touch freight that is 80% drop-and-hook. Drive in and out of railyards within 80 miles of South El Monte, CA, with potential to operate a battery electric Freightliner eCascadia. Compensation includes mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty; benefitsess include paid orientation, PTO after 6 months and 6 holiday days per year, annual bonus up to 3% of annual gross, 401(k) with company match, and insurance. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
- Live within 20 miles of South El Monte, CA.
- Minimum 6 months of Class A driving experience.
