Job Summary
Intermodal truck driver responsible for hauling freight in containers secured to company-owned chassis; 100% no-touch freight that is 90% drop-and-hook; drive in and out of railyards within IN, MI and OH; pay includes hourly pay and load pay; $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year for experienced drivers; paid orientation; paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year; annual bonus: up to 3% of annual gross pay; leading benefits package including medical, dental and vision, 401(k) with company match, and more; requirements include CDL-A, tanker and HazMat endorsements strongly preferred, and living within 50 miles of North Baltimore, OH; Schneider emphasizes an inclusive culture and provides accommodations as needed; E-Verify is used for employment eligibility.
