Job Summary
Intermodal truck driver role hauling containers secured to company-owned chassis with 99% no-touch freight that is 85% drop-and-hook. Drive in and out of railyards across AZ, CA, TX, and UT, with home time every other week. Compensation includes mileage pay, load pay, and hourly pay on duty, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus 6 paid holidays per year, and annual bonus up to 3% of annual gross. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, generous referral bonuses, and military benefits. Training includes paid intermodal orientation at a major hub. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred
- Live within 100 miles of Phoenix, AZ
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
