Job Summary
Intermodal truck driver needed to haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis. 100% no-touch freight that is 90% drop-and-hook, operating in and out of railyards within 200 miles of Kansas City, KS. Earn mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty; longevity bonus of 3% of annual gross pay each year. $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year for experienced drivers. Paid orientation and PTO after 6 months along with holiday pay. Evening/night shift with requirements for CDL-A and endorsements; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Night driving required
- Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement strongly preferred
- Live within 40 miles of Kansas City, KS
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
